Quality
of the raw materials. |
All
the raw materials used in manufacturing terastone are subjected
to rigorous quality control checks, which means that only the
best materials will be used. Right from the initial controls,
through to their final use in the production process, including
the time they are in storage awaiting use, the raw materials
are checked for stability to ensure a final product of the highest
quality. |

Finish |
terastone
is delivered with a factory-finished polish and shine, thus
saving the client this otherwise normal cost. |

Bevelling |
terastone
is produced with a slightly bevelled edge, which means that
the tiles fit together almost perfectly. |

Polishing |
Although
the product leaves the factory with a final polish and shine,
certain conditions may require terastone to be polished on site.
The elements used in terastone allow for further polishing,
unlike other materials that, once laid, cannot be subsequently
manipulated. |

Absorption |
terastone
JIMESA is technically almost non-absorbent, bearing in mind
the raw materials used. Any liquids spilled will not stain the
flooring, unless left lying for a long period of time and always
bearing in mind the type of liquid spilled. |

Handling |

Shade
stability and range of colours |
JIMESA guarantees the stability of the colour chosen.
The production process used means that there is no possibility
of differences in shade.
terastone comes in various colours, ranging from light, dark
and classic through to other, more daring shades. There is
the right colour for any ambience that needs a floor covering.

Easily
laid |
As with many
other materials used for floor coverings, terastone tiles
are laid using a bonding cement. A damp-proof variety can be
used should the circumstances so demand. |

Easily
cleaned |
| |
terastone is easy to
clean: any cleaning product can be used, as long as it is non-corrosive
(avoid using bleaches, ammonia, nitric acid, etc.). We recommend
the use of neutral products, diluted in water, which are widely
available. |
